Bulk Actions
The Bookmarks dashboard lets you select multiple bookmarks and apply changes to all of them in one operation. Use bulk actions to keep your bookmarks organized without editing each one individually.
Selecting Bookmarks
Select Individual Bookmarks
Click the checkbox on the left side of any row to select it. Click the checkbox again to deselect.
Select All Visible Bookmarks
Click the checkbox in the table header to select every bookmark currently visible in the table (respecting any active search or filters). Click it again to deselect all.
Select a Range
Click the checkbox on one row, then hold Shift and click the checkbox on another row. All rows between the two are selected.
The Selected Items Toolbar
When one or more bookmarks are selected, the filter bar is replaced by the Selected Items Toolbar, which shows:
- The count of currently selected bookmarks
- Bulk action buttons
- A Clear Selection button
Available Bulk Actions
| Action | Description |

| Set Priority | Opens a dropdown (High / Medium / Low). Selecting a value sets that priority on all selected bookmarks immediately. |
| Manage Tags | Opens a dialog with two fields: Add tags and Remove tags (both comma-separated). Tags in the “Add” field are added to every selected bookmark; tags in the “Remove” field are removed from every selected bookmark that has them. |
| Delete Selected | Opens a confirmation dialog. Confirming permanently deletes all selected bookmarks. This action cannot be undone. |
Using Manage Tags
- Select the bookmarks you want to update.
- Click Manage Tags in the Selected Items Toolbar.
- In the dialog, enter tags to add in the Add tags field, tags to remove in the Remove tags field, or both.
- Use commas to separate multiple tags, for example:
sprint-5, needs-review - Click Apply.
Tags that already exist on a bookmark are not duplicated when added again. Tags that are not present on a bookmark are silently skipped when removed.
Deleting Selected Bookmarks
- Select the bookmarks you want to delete.
- Click Delete Selected in the Selected Items Toolbar.
- A confirmation dialog appears listing the number of bookmarks to be deleted.
- Click Confirm to proceed. All selected bookmarks are permanently removed.
Warning: Bulk deletion is permanent. There is no undo.
Clearing Selection
Click Clear Selection in the Selected Items Toolbar to deselect all bookmarks without taking any action. The toolbar is replaced by the filter bar.
